Ex-head of MAD reveals shocking details of the 1949 US-German secret treaty
Top intelligence officers rarely reveal secret strings, pulling the nation’s political mechanism. Publication of a book like The German Card. The obscure game of secret services, authored by Gerd-Helmut Komossa (Gerd-Helmut Komossa. DIE DEUTSCHE KARTE. Das verdeckte Spiel der geheimen Dienste. Ares-Verlag, Graz 2007. – 230 S.), is an exceptional occurrence. Raising very sensitive issues, the author appeals to the core of German identity that had been deliberately suppressed for decades by the United States and its allies.
The book is focused on contradictions between the United States and Germany, sometimes very strong but not supposed to be discussed in public. It was published in Austria, and its distribution in Germany may encounter certain difficulties today. Still, the very fact of its appearance indicates that the German intelligence community is increasingly dissatisfied with the role of a vassal of the United States (the definition applied to Europe by Zbigniew Brzezinski), imposed on Western Germany after World War II.
Gerd-Helmut Komossa reveals the uncomfortable truth about the post-war conditions, dictated by the US and its allies. The state treaty, dated May 21, 1949 and classified by BND as top secret, suggests restrictions of state sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Germany, introduced for a period until 2099. These restrictions include the provision that the winning coalition exercise complete control over Germany’s mass media and communications; that every Federal Chancellor is to sign the so-called Chancellor Act; that the gold reserve of Germany is kept under arrest.
In fact, all the German Chancellors, including the incumbent Chancellor Angela Merkel, pay their first foreign visit necessarily to the United States. The whole spectrum of German political parties is supervised by a special Washington-based controlling body, while local US-licensed media serve as a more sophisticated means of brainwashing than the Nazi propagandist machine. Meanwhile, Germany’s territory is still occupied by US troops.
This astonishing picture is not a fancy concoction of a political leftist. It is drawn by a military man whose mind has accumulated the experience of several crucial stages of development of the European civilization and Germany in particular. Gen. (Ret.) Gerd-Helmut Komossa took part in World War II and later in the Cold War. Possessing huge amounts of information, he analyzes the existing mechanisms of global policy with strong criticism.
Joining the Wehrmacht in 1943 as a volunteer, Komossa served at the Eastern front. Between May 1945 and April 1949, he was a prisoner of war. In the USSR, he got acquainted with many Russians who appeared to be quite different from the image imposed by the official Nazi propaganda.
Since 1956, he served in the German Bundeswehr, re-established under certain conditions. The abovementioned secret treaty admitted that the German sovereignty is sufficient for the right to build up military forces. According to the Constitution, the troops of the Federal Republic of Germany are carrying out exceptionally defensive functions. However, the Western coalition was pursuing different goals. It needed an army in new uniforms but with the same skills as the Nazi soldiers, perfectly fighting on land, on sea and in the air, and irrecusably abiding orders. Such a type of soldier was essential not only for the occasion of possible military collision with the Soviet bloc but also for fulfilling global missions. The coalition required at least 500,000 German soldiers. In addition, the newly-built army was supposed to purchase weapons and materiel solely from the United States.
During the last two decades, Washington has been trying to force Germany into military partnership in globalistic control. However, the massive effort to get Germany involved in US operations in Somali and Bosnia, as well as in campaigns in Serbia, Iraq and Afghanistan, has brought about a reverse result, sparking a shift in approach in German strategic circles. The implicit discontent with American policy and essential difference in views on the role of the German people in current history eventually reached a critical dimension.
Since mid-1990s, the attitude of many German military to the United States, and significantly also towards NATO, has essentially changed. Though most of the German officers were not originally inclined against America, a lot of them being educated in the United States, they are now experiencing disappointment and even disgust with Washington’s policies. These officers realize that the hegemonistic policy is destined for destruction of socioeconomic systems of particular nations and whole regions, while the so-called order Washington is trying to impose is just a synonym for chaos.
Gerd-Helmut Komossa, in his former capacity of MAD (Military Counterintelligence) Director, was frequently called “a soldier with political thinking”. Today, he openly denounces the Bundeswehr’s involvement in foreign interventions, referring to the army’s constitutional duties.
Meanwhile, Washington urges Germans to go fighting. Conceding to the pressure, Berlin deployed a contingent of troops to Afghanistan. But even this was not sufficient for NATO bosses. Recently, NATO General Secretary Jaap de Hoop Scheffer accused the Bundeswehr of idleness in military operations in the region, and insisted that Germany “increase flexibility” and expand its military mission to the southern regions of Afghanistan.
In his book, Komossa inquires whether the state of affairs when young Germans are recruited in the national army for fulfilling overseas goals for other nations, could be acceptable. The map of operations, supposed to involve German troops, far exceeds the European continent, and has nothing to do with German national interests. “Do Germans expect this from the Bundeswehr? Would they like their soldiers to be called assassins again?” he asks.
However, the United States and its allies don’t care much for moral problems. As the secret treaty is valid until 2099, Germans are supposed to go and fight where they are told to.
The German audience will require certain time to digest the shocking information disclosed by General Komossa. But eventually, the nation with a great cultural and historical tradition will hardly agree to continue tolerating the American loop on its throat for decades more.
The publication of Komossa’s “German Card” is one more proof of the world’s transformation into a multipolar system. It indicates that Germany is likely to achieve complete sovereignty without waiting for eighty years.

Es genügt, die NATO-Verträge zu kündigen. Niemand braucht die Zerfallenden Staaten von Amerika als Besatzer. Der alliierte Einfluss begann, als am 8. Mai 1945 die Deutsche Wehrmacht kapitulierte. Er wurde fortgesetzt, als am 23. Mai 1945 britische Soldaten die Deutsche Reichsregierung verhafteten und er wurde institutionalisiert, als am 24. Mai 1949 die Bundesrepublik Deutschland ausgerufen wurde, die bis heute allein den alliierten Interessen dient.
… Die NATO stellt militärisch und die EU stellt bürokratisch sicher, dass die Wirtschaftskraft der BRD unbeteiligten Dritten anstelle dem Deutschen Volk zugutekommt. Nur die Deutschen selbst können diese Ausbeutung überwinden, indem sie die Verträge mit den NATO-Einrichtungen kündigen und eine völkerrechtlich verbindliche Regierung samt Verfassung einsetzen, was bis heute nur in kleinsten Schritten geschieht: Sie haben die Wahl! Die ehemalige Bundeskanzlerin Frau Dr. Angela Merkel hat das deutsche Volk frech belogen, als sie von dem 1991 geschlossenen Einigungsvertrag 2 + 4 als einem Friedensvertrag sprach. Ein Friedensvertrag kann nur völkerrechtswirksam geschlossen werden unter souveränen Staaten, und dann hieße er auch Friedensvertrag. Dieser 2 + 4 Vertrag enthält zwar ein Bekenntnis zum Frieden, mehr nicht. Der ehemalige US-Präsident Barack Obama sprach auf der Militärbase in Rammstein davon, daß Deutschland ein besetztes Land sei und es auch bis 2099 bleiben würde. Diese Aussage findet man nirgendwo im Internet. Es wird dort behauptet, er habe das nicht gesagt. Es paßt aber zu der Offenbarung von dem ehemaligen Chef des deutschen militärischen Abschirmdienstes MAD Generalmajor Gerd Helmut Komossa, der genau diesen geheimen Staatsvertrag vom 21.5.49 veröffentlichte und bestätigte, daß dieser bis 2099 geschlossen wäre. Frau Merkel log also über die angebliche Souveränität. Sie hatte ja auch die Kanzlerakte zu unterschreiben, worüber sie das deutsche Volk auch nicht belehrte. Damit mußte sie als Vasall tun, was die Overlords ihr auftrugen. Doch was bestimmte der 2 + 4 Vertrag? Die Armee darf nur eine Truppenstärke von 370.000 Mann haben. Nach dem 1. Weltkrieg waren es 100.000 Mann und die hatten höchstens noch polizeiliche Möglichkeiten. Ich bezweifele, ob eine solch kleine Armee überhaupt das eigene Land beschützen kann. Vor einigen Monaten veröffentlichte die Bundeswehr, daß sie genau für zwei Tage Munition habe. Man wird also berechtigt bezweifeln, daß unser Land durch die Bundeswehr geschützt werden könnte. Deutschland verpflichtete sich auch, den Abzug der amerikanischen Militärbasen und Atomwaffen nicht zu fordern. Wie souverän ist ein Land, von dessen Boden auf Militärbasen Kriege z.B. im Nahen Osten geführt werden? Das atomares Aufmarschgebiet für den Amerikaner ist? Das im Falle eines atomaren Konfliktes zur atomaren Wüste wird? Hier mag jeder selbst entscheiden, ob er die Deutschen für ein souveränes Volk hält. Strategische Entscheidungen müssen auch in der Außenpolitik weiterhin mit den Amerikanern abgestimmt werden. Der Preis für die Vereinigung von Westdeutschland (BRD) mit Mitteldeutschland (DDR) war der Verzicht auf Ostdeutschland (Polen, Rußland – ehemalige deutsche Ostgebiete). Die Festlegung der Westgrenzen bedeutete, daß alle nach dem 1. Weltkrieg völkerrechtswidrig abgetretenen Gebiete nun auch verloren sind. Jedenfalls, wenn man dieses Vertragsmachwerk zu Grunde legt. Dieser Vertrag regelte auch die Mitgliedschaft in der NATO und Europäischen Gemeinschaft. Welcher Staat ist ein souveräner, verfassungsmäßiger und demokratischer Staat, der sich einem Bürokratiemonstrum als Melkkuh und Schlachtvieh (Europäische Union) unterwirft und einem Militärbündnis, das geschaffen wurde, Deutschland auf immer zwangsweise an den Westen zu binden, damit es nie wieder militärisch stark werden kann? Es war also keine Vereinigung, sondern die Nato-Osterweiterung. Es war keine Wiedervereinigung, sondern das Zusammengehen von nicht einmal der Hälfte der ehemaligen Reichsfläche des Deutschen Kaiserreiches und dem dauernden Ausschluß Österreichs aus diesem. Eine Verfassung hat dieses angeblich souveräne Volk auch immer noch nicht. Präsident Putin überlegt, ob er den Vertrag kündigen solle? Immerhin hatten sich die Deutschen in diesem Vertrag verpflichtet, die Sicherheitsinteressen der Russen zu achten, daß von deutschem Boden nie wieder Krieg ausgehen solle. Waffen dürften nur in Übereinstimmung mit der Charta der UN eingesetzt werden, also nur zur Selbstverteidigung. Dagegen verstößt Deutschland, weil es den Krieg in der Ukraine führt. Sollte der Vertrag gekündigt werden, würde das Besatzungsrecht wieder in Kraft treten. Sowohl Donald Trump als auch Vladimir Putin haben uns Friedensverträge angeboten. Sie wissen also mehr als das deutsche Volk, das seit Jahrzehnten belogen und betrogen wird.

2016 beim Putschversuch in der Türkei waren 8000 Soldaten mit 35 Kampfflugzeugen, 37 Helikoptern, 74 Panzern und 246 Panzerwagen beteiligt. Einer Gruppe über 60jähriger in Deutschland wird nun vorgeworfen, sie hätten in Putschabsicht den Reichstag stürmen wollen und einen Staatsstreich geplant. Die Gruppe wurde über Monate überwacht und Mitschnitte ihrer Gespräche von der Polizei angefertigt. Diese Beschuldigten sollen geplant haben, die deutsche Regierung zu stürzen. Insgesamt geht es um 27 Tatverdächtige. Die Anklage wirft ihnen Mitgliedschaft und Unterstützung einer terroristischen Vereinigung vor. Kein Gericht will sich des Enteignungsfalles annehmen. Über die Abschaffung der Monarchie, Denunziation und Ermordung seines Urgroßvaters und weitere brisante Dinge sprach Prinz Reuß 2019 vor dem Worldwebforum. Er befaßte sich auch mit dem Status der Bundesrepublik. Aus seiner Sicht sei die Gewaltenteilung eine Illusion. Richter und Staatsanwälte seien anderen verpflichtet. Laut Rechtsexperten seien wir unserer Nationalität beraubt. Hinter Kriegen und Revolutionen stände die Internationale Finanz und Freimaurer. Das souveräne Amerika wurde 1871 zur Firma. Deutschland sei seit 1945 eine Verwaltung, ein Handelskonstrukt, ein Protektorat und ein Vasallenstaat. Deutschland sei immer noch Feindstaat und sei Zwangsmaßnahmen unterworfen, es gäbe keinen Friedensvertrag, und darum bitte er den Amerikanischen Präsidenten, denn die Russen hätten diesen schon lange angeboten. Ex-Außenminister Genscher habe 1990 Deutschland bei der UN abgemeldet und als Germany und Lizenznehmer wieder angemeldet. Deutschland sei kein völkerrechtlich souveräner Staat, es ist noch immer in der UN-Charta als Feindstaat eingetragen, hat keine Verfassung, sondern ein Grundgesetz als Verwaltungsordnung für das Wirtschaftsgebiet Deutschland, durch die Alliierten geschrieben. Souveränität bedeutet heute lediglich Souveränität einer Wirtschaftsordnung. Die Haager Landkriegsordnung gestatte eine maximale Besatzung von 50 bis 60 Jahren. Der Mensch werde als Sache angesehen, eine Sache hat aber keine Grundrechte, die Gerichte verhandeln in Sachen… Wegen dieser und weiterer Äußerungen wird der Prinz als Reichsbürger angesehen. Doch was wäre, wenn er Recht hätte? Reuß könnte mit den Russen verhandeln und seinen Staat souverän machen. Dann würde sein Staatsgebiet aus der BRD/ Germany herausfallen und könnte eigene Gesetze beschließen, etwa einen Steuersatz von 10 % und eine schlanke Verwaltung. Theoretisch könnten sich auch alle unsere Gemeinden diesem Vorgang anschließen und sich für souverän erklären. Damit wäre Germany nicht mehr Germany.

It was a state within the federal German Empire. In 1920, Gera was one of the richest cities in Germany. The tax rate was 10%. Anyone could speak to the prince personally if they were dissatisfied. The family fled to West Germany in 1945, penniless, displaced like so many other Germans, stripped of all rights, and expropriated. Numerous lawsuits involving his private assets did nothing to change this. No court is willing to take up the expropriation case. In 2019, Prince Reuss spoke at the World Web Forum about the abolition of the monarchy, the denunciation and murder of his great-grandfather, and other controversial issues. He also addressed the status of the Federal Republic. In his view, the separation of powers is an illusion. Judges and prosecutors are beholden to others. According to legal experts, we have been stripped of our nationality. Behind wars and revolutions, he claimed, lie international finance and the Freemasons. Sovereign America became a corporation in 1871. Since 1945, he argued, Germany has been an administration, a commercial construct, a protectorate, and a vassal state. Germany, he asserted, is still an enemy state and subject to coercive measures; there is no peace treaty, and for this reason he appealed to the American president, since the Russians had long since offered one. The prince also spoke at the UN World Conference in Geneva in 2019, addressing the sovereignty of Germany. He stated that Germany is not a state, but rather a kind of corporation. Former Foreign Minister Genscher had deregistered Germany with the UN in 1990 and re-registered it as “Germany” and a licensee. Germany is not a sovereign state under international law; it is still listed as an enemy state in the UN Charter, has no constitution, but rather a Basic Law—written by the Allies—serving as an administrative order for the economic territory of Germany. Today, sovereignty simply means sovereignty over an economic system. The Hague Convention on Land Warfare permits a maximum occupation of 50 to 60 years. Human beings are regarded as objects, but objects have no fundamental rights; courts adjudicate in matters involving objects… Because of these and other statements, the Prince is regarded as a citizen of the Reich. But what if he were right? Reuss could negotiate with the Russians and make his state sovereign. Then his territory would fall outside the FRG/Germany and could enact its own laws, such as a 10% tax rate and a lean administration. Theoretically, all of our municipalities could also join this process and declare themselves sovereign. With that, Germany would no longer be Germany.
